I had the absolute best experience at Debras bridal! It honestly couldn't have gone better. We were greeted before even walking in the door, and everyone was so polite and welcoming. The selection of dresses was great, and the way they had them organized made shopping super simple. And the prices?? Super affordable for the most beautiful dresses. I was honestly so shocked at how affordable! I worked with Autumn and I can't say enough about how great she was. She was super friendly and just all around great! and let me tell ya'll, she found MY DRESS! My mother in law asked for a mix of 2 dresses that I was in between and she delivered exactly that! I am so happy I went here and absolutely cannot wait to wear my dress on our day. Thank you so much!!

I booked an appointment last minute at Debra’s bridal and they were more than accommodating. Since it was my first shop for trying on wedding dresses, we had a ton of fun with different styles. Lily was my stylist and to this day she’s the best one I’ve had. Such a sweet soul and is able to select dresses based on exactly what you’re looking for. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress 🙂

Such a great experience shopping at Debra’s bridal for both my daughters wedding dress, mother of the bride & groom dresses. Our consultant, Lily was absolutely wonderful!! She was patient, knowledgeable and kind. The other associate (sorry forgot her name) was also great. They offer a very personalized experience which you don’t find much anymore. Highly recommend!! 💍

Cannot say enough nice things about what a lovely experience I had finding my dress at Debra's Bridal. I came in "just to browse" but left with a dress that made me feel beautiful, confident, and ready to get married. Amy was a dream to work with, but I could tell that the other consultants also good good care of clients. The store had a good selection of dresses at various prices and in a range of sizes. I am a nurse, I just walked in to meet Debra, after seeing her Website, I fell in love with her energy. When I walked in to her Shop Debra’s bridal, the energy was so good that I said to myself this is where I will be buying my wedding dress. I am getting married in two months And today is the first day that I am doing dress shopping due to my busy work schedule.Upon arrival without an appointment, I was greeted by Lily, She absolutely made me feel so special, she answered all my questions and helped me look at the inventory. Walking into Debra's bridal shop we immediately felt welcomed and knew I was in good hands for my first bridal dress shopping. Once getting started my stylist Lily was hands down amazing. All types of styles and sizes to cater towards all, felt confident knowing all about each dress and once I found THE one the celebration was so heartwarming! My consultant really listened to me and helped me find my dream dress. The fitting process was also super simple and they provided several recommendations for seamstresses. Debras was the first shop I went to try on dresses and I had the BEST experience ever. I honestly saw finding my dress as more of a chore and didn't think I would enjoy the experience (let me preface I am not a huge fan of shopping or trying on multiple things). When I went to my first appointment I honestly was not ready to be dress shopping, had no idea what I even wanted, but went to appease the mom's. Lily was my consultant and she made it the best experience ever. I went in not excited to be there with 0 idea or direction of what I wanted and left feeling great, actually enjoyed the whole experience start to finish, felt like I was really listened to (versus everyone else being listened to more than me), and had a better idea of what style I may want. I ended up going back two more times because my experience was so great and found my perfect dress. Lily was my consultant each time and truly went above and beyond on each appointment. She helped me find not only the dress that made me feel and look gorgeous, but also more of my voice in the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend giving Debra's a try and asking for Lily, she will give you THE BEST bridal experience!

Had a wonderful experience here with the stylist and manager, Megan. While I did not and up getting my dress here, it was a fantastic experience overall. The variety and prices are pretty unbeatable (some dresses under $500!!) and I would absolutely recommend you add this to your list of Jacksonville wedding dress shops! Be sure to ask for Megan!

This bridal shop is amazing. Great price for the dress I fell in love with. Elaine had me in and out of dresses really fast. She picked out a dress that was the description of what I thought I wanted and she pulled a few more of different shapes. I ended up falling in love with a dress I never imagined for myself. I went in April and my dress is estimated to be done in August. My one and only wedding dress shopping experience, I love to support local. This place is amazing for Jacksonville and all surrounding areas, I'd say even surrounding states.
